City DoctorsYou can ask us to delete your City Doctors account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This applies to patients and to doctors, labs and diagnostic centres.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@diekaautomation.in with the subject "Delete my City Doctors account".
- Send it from the email you registered with, or mention your registered mobile number.
- Doctors, labs and centres: also mention the name of your clinic, lab or centre.
What happens next
- We may contact you on your registered WhatsApp number to confirm it is really you.
- We delete your account within 30 days of confirming the request, and let you know when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, mobile number, email, city and login details.
- Your booking history, addresses and any documents you uploaded.
- For partners: your listing, timings, test lists and prices — your profile is removed from City Doctors.
What we may keep
Some booking records may be kept for a limited time where the law requires it (for example for tax, accounting or legal claims). These are stored securely and deleted once no longer required.
