1. What City Doctors does
City Doctors helps you find and book doctors, path labs and diagnostic centres in your city. The medical service itself is provided by the doctor, lab or centre you choose, not by us.
2. Not medical advice
Nothing on City Doctors is medical advice. Always follow the advice of a qualified doctor. In an emergency, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital — do not wait for an online booking.
3. Your account
- Give correct details, including a mobile number you use on WhatsApp.
- Keep your login and OTPs private. You are responsible for bookings made from your account.
- Do not make false or repeated bookings, or use City Doctors for any unlawful purpose.
4. Bookings, prices and payment
- A booking is a request until the doctor, lab or centre confirms it.
- Fees and test prices are set by the partner and shown before you book. Payment is made directly at the clinic, lab or centre unless stated otherwise.
- Timings, availability and prices can change; partners keep them updated, but we cannot guarantee they are always accurate.
- If you cannot attend, please cancel or inform the partner as early as possible.
5. Partners (doctors, labs and centres)
- Partners must hold all registrations and licences required by law and keep their listing accurate.
- Ultrasound providers must be registered under the PCPNDT Act. Pre-natal sex determination is prohibited and will lead to immediate removal and reporting.
- We may verify, suspend or remove any listing to protect patients.
6. Our responsibility
We work to keep City Doctors available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the medical services, advice, results or conduct of partners, or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
7. Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Durg, Chhattisgarh will have jurisdiction.
